Golden opportunity to build a house in Noida, plots of different sizes are available cheap before Diwali

Property Update: There is good news for people dreaming of building their own house in NCR. A residential plot scheme has been started in Noida city adjacent to Delhi. You can buy plots of different sizes here before Diwali.

According to the information, Noida Authority has started a scheme of 25 houses. Applications can be made in this scheme only till 25 October. These plots are located in seven different sectors of the city. Allotment of these plots will be done through e-mail.

Officials said that these plots are in Sectors 30, 43, 44, 99, 105, 122 and 151. Of these, only Sector 151 has new plots; the rest of the plots were surrendered or not allotted. Allotments were cancelled due to non-payment of money and other reasons.

In this scheme, plots of 120 to 450 square meters will be allotted through e-bidding. Like other schemes, these will be allotted through e-bidding only. The plot will be given to the person who bids the highest.

Authority officials said that the allotment rate of the sectors in which these plots are located will be the reserve price of the plot. Officials said that after the application time ends this month, the e-bidding process will be conducted next month. The date and time of the bid will be informed to those who apply through e-mail.

Officials said that there are still more than 25 vacant plots on which there is no dispute. These plots will be included in the second phase plan.

In January this year, Noida Authority presented a plan for 376 plots. The plots were in 41, 43, 44, 47, 48, 49, 51, 52, 53, 56, 61, 70, 71, 72.
