Shares of Noel Tata's favorite company Trent rose 3 per cent to Rs 8,269.30 after the news came on Friday. His company had only one store in 1998, but he made it a brand of 700 stores from one.

Noel joined the Sir Ratan Tata Trust Board in 2019 and became the Vice Chairman of Titan Company in 2018.
