Bread Samosa Recipe: I can't figure out what to make different for evening snacks every day. In the rainy season, I always feel like eating something spicy. Samosas are no doubt everyone's favourite and whenever you bring bread, some pieces go waste. If you don't feel like eating bread next time, you can make tasty samosas from it. 

Bread Samosa Recipe Ingredients

For stuffing- 2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 inch ginger (finely chopped), 1/2 tsp coriander  seeds , salt to taste, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1 green chili (finely chopped), 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 3 potatoes (boiled and mashed), 2 tbsp coriander leaves

Other ingredients- 8 slices white bread, 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp water, oil for frying

Method of making

  1. To prepare the stuffing, heat 2 tsp oil. 
  2. Add cumin, ginger, green chillies, coriander seeds and fry it.
  3. Now add boiled mashed potatoes to it.
  4. Then add chilli powder, garam masala, amuchar and salt as per taste. 
  5. Lastly add chopped coriander leaves.
  6. To make samosa, cut the edges of the bread.
  7. Use a rolling pin to roll the bread thinly without applying too much pressure on it. 
  8. Divide it into two parts giving it a triangular shape. Cut all the slices in the same way.
  9. Make a solution by mixing flour in two tablespoons water. 
  10. Apply it on half of the bread slice, fold it and press it slightly to make a cone.
  11. Fill one tablespoon of stuffing in this cone and paste it by applying flour solution on the edges.
  12. After all the samosas are ready, heat oil in a pan and fry them on medium flame by slowly turning them over and over until they become golden brown.
  13. Serve with tomato sauce or green chutney.
